Are they suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Kit & Kin diapers are hypoallergenic and dermatologist approved, with no added fragrances, lotions or harsh chemicals. They're made with super-soft plant-based materials, meaning there's no plastic on your little one's skin, and they leave out the chlorine processing, latex, most common allergens, phthalates, optical brighteners, and organotins (MBT, DBT, TBT).
Why don't Kit & Kin diapers have a wetness indicator?
Because the chemicals used to make them aren't ones you'd want sitting against your baby's skin.
Wetness indicators work by using dyes or pH-sensitive chemicals that change colour when they come into contact with urine. Kit & Kin made a deliberate choice to leave them out. Their standard is simple: if an ingredient doesn't need to be there, it isn't.
It's the same principle behind why Kit & Kin diapers have no plastic inner lining, no fragrance, and no parabens. Every ingredient has to earn its place.
